Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

These mobile messaging terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”) relate to the sending of mobile text/SMS messages by Cardinale Auto Group (“us” or “we”). Mobile carriers require business SMS users to register with The Campaign Registry (TCR) to enable text messaging. This is required of all businesses sending an SMS from both short code numbers and long code numbers (10DLC), and the disclosures below relate to that registration process.

  1. General: If you agree to receive text/SMS messages from us, these messages may be sent using autodialers. Messages relate to your inquiry, consultation, or appointment and may include appointment scheduling and confirmations, vehicle and service status updates, follow-up about your request, and personalized video messages from our team. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program.

  2. Opt-in/Consent to Receive Messages: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent to receive text messages with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. If you agree to get texts from us, we will not pass that permission or your number to another company for that company to text you.

  3. Consent Is Not Required: You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy from us or use our services.

  4. Help: For help, reply HELP to any message, contact us at (888) 217-4117, or visit our Contact Us page.

  5. Frequency of Messages: The number of text messages we send can vary depending on your activity and ongoing promotions.

  6. Message Rates: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  7. Additional Terms and Changes: These Mobile Terms add to any other policies and agreements on our website. If there is a conflict between a provision of these Mobile Terms and a provision of any other website terms or policies we have, the provision in the other terms or policies will control.

If we modify these Mobile Terms, we will post the updated version of these Mobile Terms on our website. If any provision of these Mobile Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

  8. Privacy Policy: Please see our Privacy Policy.
